Chris
Despite some smoke drift and noise, Colonial House Motel in Pigeon Forge offered a clean room with friendly staff. Outdoor pool a hit with kids. Great for a budget stay near Dollywood.

The location was super central and everything was within easy reach. The staff was amazing and the rooms were spotlessly clean. It's great that they have a pool with water slides and late opening hours. The room price was jaw-dropping considering the freshly renovated space and comfy accommodations. Only downside was no breakfast, but the room size and overall experience made up for it. Can't wait to stay again!

The Colonial House Motel is in a prime spot near various attractions and dining options. The staff at the motel were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room, complete with a fireplace, was cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable.

My stay at Colonial House Motel was made even more delightful by the stunning views from my private balcony. Watching the ducks in the river below and taking in the picturesque mountain scenery truly made my mornings special. The thoughtful touches provided by the hotel, such as the comfortable seating area and flat-screen TV, added to the overall comfort of my stay. And the friendly staff made sure everything was just right, making me feel truly welcome.
The sound on the TV had a minor issue, but it was quickly resolved by simply turning the TV off and back on.

The staff were exceptional at being nice and friendly, making me feel welcomed. The room was very nice, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked breakfast bar. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. The pools and waterslide were a hit with the kids. However, the lack of elevators was a downside for me as I had a 2-month-old baby, and the room had an overpowering scent. Despite this, the amenities like the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, BBQ facilities, and proximity to landmarks like Dolly Parton's Stampede and The Island in Pigeon Forge added to our relaxation and family bonding experience.

The property was fairly clean and the staff was super friendly. The room was good-sized with modern decor, and I liked the Colonial-style building. Central heating, television, and a microwave oven were available here.

The breakfast was ok, honey buns donuts and mini muffins, waffles coffee and juice They also had bread and bagels but no toaster to make toast so you had to result in using the waffle iron to try and toast them. It was like a breakfast puzzle, maneuvering bagels on the waffle iron.
Disappointing stay, dirty room, malfunctioning fireplace, cracked and moldy caulking, poor customer service.

Outdoor adventures galore—saw grandkids joyfully tackle water slide while I relaxed poolside. Near captivating aquatic life spot, plus theme park overload. Cozy room featured nifty balcony for morning coffee. Convenient airport access too. Could use more fitness offerings, but overall, marvelous stay! Cheers to future escapades and more scenic discoveries.

The location of Colonial House Motel was convenient for my transit, being only 2 km away from the Grand Majestic Theater and close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. the fact that the nearest airport, McGhee Tyson Airport, was only 40 km away made it easy for me to catch my flight.
The tiny bathrooms at Colonial House Motel were quite a letdown. The strong smell of mold and mustiness was persistent, and the limited space and noise from the beds made for an uncomfortable stay.

This place is great, with convenient on-site parking and a spacious, well-maintained room in a central location on the main road.

The room at Colonial House Motel was incredibly clean with vinyl hardwood floors, which I loved. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I found the check-in process to be a breeze, and the location was on the outskirts away from all the traffic, closer to Gatlinburg.
The room smelled like smoke at different times of the day, which was a bit off-putting.
